Jackie does a great job of going through each basic foundational tool, ribbon, and bow and the purpose of each one. I love how he throughly explains each tool and purpose. I especially like the tip covering rose stems, which often beginners don't know about. I only know because I've been in the industry so long, but not as a designer. With the ribbons & bows, Jackie explains the purpose of each type of ribbon, size of ribbon, and purpose of each type. His demonstration on bow making is very thorough, talks at a good speed to follow along, and offers links to see the detail photos on the product he is talking about (for example the width for each size ribbon or the wire gauge sizes).
